9 a.m. and I already moved the furniture all around! My husband is away this weekend and asks if I’m relaxing. This is my relax mode. Could this be a Virgo thing? A day I won’t ever forget. Two things that were so touching were the flowers that were left by people at Windsor Castle for the Queen were used to make this incredible border along The Long Walk to Windsor Castle…, and along that procession was her pony Emma standing at attention. 💗
Beautifully done day by a nation and people who adored her. When I saw her pony it really got to me. I feel grateful to have lived in her Elizabethan era.

I’m so crushed today about the Queen. This treasure was my grandma’s and inside the top of her nightstand. It was a Coronation tin and I am lucky to have it. Grandma adored the queen and they were of the same generation- one of service and doing the right thing. ❤️

I think this whole time she reigned was a New Elizabethan Era of sorts and we were so fortunate to have her so long. I can’t really believe she’s gone and I’m sure there will ever be another like her.
Feeling for the people in the U.K. tonight and so many of us all over the earth for whom she was a symbol of what is good in the world.
